New car sales in 13.5% leap

New car sales took off forward again last month, rising 13.5% compared with May last year, it was voiced today.

This was the 11th unbroken month that registrations of new vehicles have risen.

But the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), that expelled todays sum pronounced salesboosted last year by the now-ceased car scrappage schemecould drop somewhat this year compared with 2009.
